Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the deletion process take?

We process data deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your request, and a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

Can I cancel my deletion request?

Yes, if you change your mind, contact us at [email protected] before the 30-day period ends. Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

What if I don't receive a confirmation email?

Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us directly at [email protected] with your email address.

Will my posts on social media be deleted?

No. Posts already published to your social media accounts remain there. We only delete data stored in Blendry's system. To remove posts from social media, you'll need to do that manually on each platform.

Is any data retained after deletion?

Some anonymized logs may be retained for up to 30 days for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and debugging purposes. These logs cannot be used to identify you.
